• For stays of 7 nights and longer a 10% discount will apply. Except Cottage
• All rates single or double occupancy.
• Rates do not include 9.7% sales tax.
• All Rooms paid in full at check-in.
• Additional person - $30.00 per day ( All ages).
• Please specify bed size when making reservation.
• All Rooms - non smoking.
• $250 Deposit for all Motel Rooms & Kitchenettes for 6 days or less
• $500 Deposit for all Motel Rooms & Kitchenettes for 7 days or longer
• $600 Deposit for the Cottage
• 30 day cancellation notice required for full refund less a processing fee of $50.00.
• In the event of a cancellation with less than a 30 day notice, a full refund of the deposit (less a processing fee of $50.00.) will be made if we rent the room otherwise the full deposit will be charged.
• Deposits can be made with your credit card or personal check.
• The deposit guarantees that a room will be reserved for the entire time requested and assures The Hawthorne that the room is sold as confirmed.
• Deposits will be forfeited if your arrival is after date specified or departure before final date of the reservation.

Occasionally a reservation for less than the minimum stay is possible.
